THE ACCOMMODATION:
Stay with us at The Little Mexican Cooking School in one of the two 2 lovely guest suites above the school, each with their own lovely bathrooms.
- Large rooms with ensuite baths: one with a King Size bed & 4 piece bath, the other a Queen & 3 piece (shower). They are comfortable and airy with ceiling fans, security and WIFI access,
- Private rooftop terrace with serene Mangrove view for reading & sun,
- Pool side sitting or swimming in our gorgeous pool off the kitchen terrace,
- Pool side meals and use of the kitchen, when the cooking classes are not in process.
THE FOODIE EXPERIENCE:
- Included in your stay with us is one full cooking class per person with all the trimmings.
- Join the class for the full Mexican Lunch on another day.
- Trip with us to our weekly market shopping expeditions:
- To Cancun on Mondays, (Mercado 23 boasts hundreds of vendors selling ALL manner of local foods and Mexican wares) and our fave authentic eateries,
- To the Colonia markets in our village, mornings weekly for street fare,
- And, to the Fishermans Wharf in the town square for the best and freshest local fish.
